I have , v3.03-20160510 I update via OTA, and FOTA, and always the same,

Can you try and update the firmware to the latest version  20160616  ?
You can try and do this via the OTA option in system options OR flash it via rootjoy.

Also i have heard that removing the MicroSd card then perform the update may change the scenario.

The drivers won't install on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.. I notice that drivers for "MT65xx Android Phone" ...

The provided drivers are perfectly compatible with Win7 Pro 64-bit. If you see the yellow exclamation mark, you might need to...
1. start your windows with F8 and disable driver signature enforcement - even better to use a Win10 machine where you surely don't have to do that
2. use another USB port (no hub), cable or even another PC
3. when the preloader com port with the yellow excalamation mark appears, right click on it and remove that device with checked remove its driver as well, then reconnect your phone and install the drivers again.

Please flash your phone with SP Flash Tool as it was suggested in post #2.
Just updating via FOTA won't correct the specific (so not general) bugs of your device.

You can try and do this via ...

UMi Touch is not supported by Rootjoy.A FOTA update won't patch the unique bugs of a specific device. You need SP Flash Tool for that.
An issue with the sd card don't change the result of a FOTA update, just can make it uncuccessful. If your sd card is formatted as internal storage, you have to unmount (Eject) it befor processing the FOTA update. You never have to remove it physically and you may leave it as is if it's formatted as external storage.

Oh, there is a firmware for the Touch, 20160616? My phone is on 20160510 and still says that the firmware is up-to-date..
The firmware isn't mentioned in tge ROM section.

I assume the firmware you mention is for the Super, but this is the Touch forum...

Yes, you are right, the user mixed up the two models. No new update is available for the UMi Touch yet.

If you have properly flashed your phone with SP Flash tool but that doesn't help, then your phone might have a hardware defection. I suggest you to contact your reseller for a replacement.

Still I can't update the phone with the Flash tool.
I tried Windows 10 (64b) as well, but also a "no go". The driver(s) install(s) fine and no exclamationmarks! But.. The flashtool doesn't download. Counter stays at "0"..?
