How to remove forgotten passcode and unlock your UMI TOUCH?

Did you just create a new password for your UMi TOUCH and forgot what you set it as? Did your friend just get you fool leaving a password on your UMi TOUCH? No way to unlock your UMi TOUCH without passcode?

Here is how you can do it.

• Power off UMi TOUCH
• Long press “Volume -” and “Power bottom” at one time
• Release both bottoms once the screen is turned on
• You are now at “Factory mode”, find the option “eMMC” and click it
• Now your phone has been factory reset
• Everything has been removed and you can use it like brand new phone.

I have a UMI Super with this same situation on the password
I have followed the process above but on the step 4., when I choose the "clear eMMc" option and I click on it with the "power bottom", nothing happens.
I have pressed all the bottoms to see if any of them could start the process of resetting the password, without succes.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
