Hello. I purchased an A7 Pro, as soon as it arrived it was not doing the updates automatically, so I chose to update with the Flash Tool. I installed this latest version and it was a success.
However, while I was using the device, it crashed, turned off by itself and did not turn on again. I tried to do the process of installing the rom again, but it does not install the preloader because it does not recognize the USB connection as "Mediatek Preloader USB VCOM", in addition to constantly connecting and disconnecting.
Can you help me?

The same thing happened to me. I managed to reinstall the stock ROM using SPFlashTool following the tutorial. Choose option Firmware Upgrade press Download and without pressing any button on the cell phone connect the device.
