UMIDIGI Z2 major issue.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for help.

I bought Umidigi Z2 Normal on presale, in June. When the smartphone arrived, I immediately thought the pictures in low light were so bad. I didn't understand why, I thought it was a software issue Umi could easily fix with a firmware update.
After months of horrible pictures, I start look for information, and I discover that Umi Z2 hasn't the camera it's supposed to have, but it has a smaller aperture one. As you see in the first screenshot, Umidigi sells this product as having a fat f/1.7 camera, but it has a darker f/2.0 camera (second picture). On Gearbest it is the same. Umi Z2 Nornal is advertised has having a camera it doesn't really have. So, is it a fraud? How can a company sell products with differences like these? My smartphone is the first one in the third picture attached, while I expected to received the second one, that has a bigger aperture camera, as advertised everywhere by Umidigi!!! I spent 200 dollars for a poor phone with totally different specs. So now? Anyone else found the same problems?

We never heard about similar issues.
Please power off and on phone.
If you still facing same issues, please perform factory reset from settings.

Sadly yes, they do fake advertising. This phone is advertised as being a not fake dual camera, but it actually is a fake dual camera. Thankfully my Z2 started to have big enough issues to get a partial refund, but apart from looking nice these phones don't really bring you anything good

Z2 CAMERA FOCUS PROBLEM after update October 2018

I am very disappointed in Umidigi, there is still no update for the Z2 camera focus problem after the update of October 2018, the update is always promised but still NOTHING !!!

I recently bought a new Z2 - it has an exact copy of the problem with the microphone, like the Z2 Pro. The microphone does not hear my voice. Updating the system via Flach Tools was not successful. How to solve a problem?

The same issue with ONE MAX I've got this week. Microphone does not hear my voice too. Flach Tools didn't help.

Bonjour à tous, je viens d'avoir mon nouveau Z2 et j'ai un problème avec le micro. Mes correspondant ne comprennent rien à ce que je dis, ça coupe, ma voix est déformé et inaudible. J' ai fait la dernière mise à jour hier soir. Merci pour vos conseils.
