Focus problems

\n\nSince I used the mono mode (which makes beautiful pictures) my phone doesn't want to focus anymore and makes horrible colour pictures like if the bokeh effect was always one. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How could I solve it?

Please perform factory reset (this will wipe whole users data).
Also please contact to seller and ask for solution.

\n\ni have the exact same problem. did the factory reset solve this issue?  my camera has been like this since day one. its really disappointing as i also had a cubot x17 which is far better.

You may not have high expectations for devices in this price range.
The camera module is okay, but very good photos can not be done with it.
I have already made a factory reset.
Unfortunately that did not improve anything.
I have already tried several other camera apps. (Snap Camera, Open Camera, Camera FV-5, Footej Camera, A Better Camera,...)
Unfortunately that did not improve anything.
The Z Pro is a good mid-range device, but the camera is not one of its strengths.

The camera reset hasn't changed anything. Plus I've noticed my phone body is bigger at some places so I guess the battery has got bigger and disturbs the main camera between other issues.

Hi! After hitting the smartphone, the autofocus of the main camera does not work. How can I buy a dual camera?
