Hello, I've recommended an Emax to a friend that have been having the touch issue and already sent the phone twice to the store (PowerPlanet Online) but they sent the phone back with the same problem and don't solve the problem and last time they even said that there was some software issue (bullshit) that could have been caused by user and next time it would have costs, the phone have some times that is working ok but other days it's unusable, is there anything we can do to solve this issue with phone or this store? (or some UMI representative to open a complaint).
