Hi,

Check that which items are enabled to displayed in the Contacts settings. Enable only Phone contact or your google account depending on which one you use. Disable all other items, especially the SIM cards, since they are very slow to read devices.

UMI phone 1.am Emax and has a very weak signal in three and 4g.cu another phone signal is much better for you?
2. longer releases software updates to lolipop? Or have been duped when I bought the phone?

Hi everyone.

Like the users bogdancosarca and jiman, I also have some problems with the 3g and 4g signals.

Is there anyway to solve this?

Hello, I've recommended an Emax to a friend that have been having the touch issue and already sent the phone twice to the store (PowerPlanet Online) but they sent the phone back with the same problem and don't solve the problem and last time they even said that there was some software issue (bullshit) that could have been caused by user and next time it would have costs, the phone have some times that is working ok but other days it's unusable, is there anything we can do to solve this issue with phone or this store? (or some UMI representative to open a complaint).

I'm afraid, the representatives of that store was lying from the beginning. They haven't really repaired your phone. Unfortunatley the resellers are not controlled by UMi. Only you have the chance to open a complaint agains them.
