\n\nThe proximity sensor is not working properly all the time for my emax mini.After a call when I want to hang-up the screen remains black.
It not happens all the time.

I've tested the proximity sensor with sensor box app and it works fine.

Has anyone experimented the same issue?

I think it's a software issue.
I'm still waiting for CyanogenMod or better for MIUI from Xiaomi.

Before UMI I had a Xiaomi and all I can say is that MIUI rom from Xiaomi it's GOLD.

Try to flash your phone with the latest stock ROM if there's an older one on your phone.
Probably a running background service makes the proximity sensor stuck, so anyway a simple factory data reset might be enough.

This problem is in STOCK firmware. You can flash MIUI or CM12 to solve problem.

I had been using all the three downloadable stock ROM on my emax mini and have never had a such issue. So, that's not related to the stock ROM. To install a custom ROM on this phone is too complicated for an average user.

No, that phone is in quite a frequent use.

My Rome is not working properly all the time. After a call when I want to hang-up the screen remains black. It also happen when screen is lock and i want to unlock with power button.
It not happens all the time. After that i have only one option " Remove battery and power on again".
Plz tell me solution.
