cant install roms using rootjoy?

can anyone help me i cant flash roms onto my emax with rootjoy.

can rootjoy detect your phone? if it does then roms can be flash in.
make sure to follow guides in here regarding the drivers and so on.

i get an error when i try too. the error is "Please root your phone, check the root authority"

Then you've got an unrooted custom ROM installed on your phone. All stock ROMs are factory rooted. You can root your phone with iRoot, then try with Rootjoy again. Just let iRoot to be downloaded, it won't infect your PC. However, after rooting, you should remove the installed malwares from your phone.

I see what you're saying but the rom i have is the stock rom that comes on the phone, which i thought was rooted already.I've already reset my phone too with still no luck. Hence my confusion.

might be your phone not rooted. but anyway theres always this forum site and some from the russian 4pda which can be great help.

if your phone can be connected to pc and also can transfer files then you might as well use SPFT.

Thank you all sorted now i can try some new roms with rootjoy now when i got the phone i disabled Supersu which must have unrooted it ooops ;) again thank you for your help.
