Hi,I had bought 2 Umidigi Z Pro mobile Phones let's call it A and B.
I am encountering too many problems with both the phones- Touch Problem , Heating issue, battery drain problem , Volte Support Problem etc. On top of it, most of the Applications stops working themselves in between and there is an error asking wait or Force close. Phone hangs too much, It gets auto restart and even Camera is unable to focus properly.

I tried everything like formatting the phone, changing the charger - Adaptor as well as cable(In order to solve the heating problem).
Lastly I contacted DX.com.
Resolution are as follows
For Phone A(1 device) - DX.com is asking me for 47$ as the repair fees despite of Phone being under warranty.
And for Phone B( 2nd Device) - DX.com is asking me to contact the Manufacturer I.e Umidigi directly and not ready to help.in order to solve the battery drain issue I asked them to at least send me a new battery still they are helpless.

So I request you to please help me-
1.For Phone A , I have myself paid the return Shipping charges just request to help me with Getting rid of unlawful repair fees as my phone is under warranty!
2.For phone B, please either help me with spare parts support or please ask DX.com to take the phone back as there are plenty of issues.

Hoping for the support soon.

Thanking you....
