If it's not caused by a defective hardware, flashing any version may fix your issue.

Are you sure you have a UMIDIGI C Note 2? Please check your phone model and version in Settings --> About phone. Please share the Build number with us.

It seems to be a driver issue. Please check in your Windows device manager what you can see as com port after connecting your phone to USB. without successfully starting the flashing process, the com port is active only for y few second, then it disappears and your phone switches to battery charging mode.

Hello there..!!
I have Umidigi One Pro and I'm from Pakistan.Today I got a notification of Wireless update of 60MB something.I updated that version and when I click install update my phone turn off and since 4Pm (Pakistan Time Standard) to 8Pm now.My phone didn't start up.Battery is also 70% when I try to install update.No fingerprint sensor work.Nothing can be done.I'm very worried about this.I connect my device to a charger the red light which shows charging status on top is working and except this not a single thing work..
Please reply as soon as possible.
Except this phone didn't response to anything and also didn't start up.
Please figure out my problem

i have the same problem. can you fix it. ? flash tool not work either. mismatch error.
