What proof you asking. Hmmmmmm
If this will be not Sony cells your battery would not last more than 6 months (everyday charging). Also in this size of battery you would not get 9H of screen on and high capacity.

This again, is only your statement.
Then how could you explain that so many people are experiencing heavy issues with expanding batteries ? Sony batteries are quite well known for their high quality. What's wrong then if not batteries ? Wall charger ? cable ?
What about this "battery replacement program" stuff then ? You're forwarding information about it, you're giving people links but you don't have any info nor Ben about it being true ? Do you really and honestly think this is respectful and an adequate behaviour ?

Those batteries are causing devices to be useless, and hazardous btw. Any decent and respectful company would have by long time dealed with this issue. Specially after the "Samsung Note 3 incident".

Beware. You are, you and Ben, aware of those issues with batterries. In case of any incident involving people, you will both be sued. Trust me.

Just in case, printscreen of most threads related to this matter have been secured.

As you can see we speaking about umi plus E here so there is no point talking about other umi/umidigi phones.
There was never any battery expansion incident with umi plus or plus E.
