Max,

I explained you on this thread

http://community.umidigi.com/for ... thread&tid=1441

I just tried before to insert SIM on slot 2 of my eMAX mini (with slot 1 empty) and LTE was working perfectly.

LTE will not work never on both slots at same time, but this situation happens in practically all dual SIM smartphones. There is only one modem and LTE will be used only in one of both slots.

Edited by peppox at 2015-11-30 19:15 \n\n Edited by peppox at 2015-11-30 19:13 \n\nThe problem is that NO possible hot switch LTE from 1 to 2nd sim, obviously no LTE on both slot at same time but if you have 2 sims (other phones support hot swipe  lte, like mine Elephone P6000) the 2nd slot is locked on 2g even on data traffic, there is NO other chanches. [size=24.9861px]Mine slot 2 is locked 2g even if slot 1 is empty.

So..
If you put the sim on slot 2 and it works in LTE mode, that means that both slots support LTE connection.
This appears to be a software bug if you have both slots with a sim card and you want to easily software switch the connection in case, like me, you a frequent traveller between two countries and you have two days plans.
We agree that one connection at a time is supported and we agree that both sim slots support LTE connection.  the point is we are supposed to switch connection without physically changing the sim.
I had 4 dual sim phones before umi emax mini and all of them supported this feature so I was not supposed to physically change my sim cards to change the active connection.  and they were all cheaper and older devices.
Imho the problem is software...  surprise surprise umi!!
Can't wait for the updated android version of January 2019!!

Okay can anyone share 4g QCN for my Swipe Elite Plus(Emax mini) because i use Syanogen 12.1 and it is not supporting 4g right now.

So i think it is because of QCN because i restored one which was uploaded by someone in the internet.

Might be that QCN doesnot support 4g bands because before in swipe Stock ROM i used to get 4g signals.
