Gut, there are at least 10 or 15 other devices with same hardware from mtk. MTK is not responsible for Umidigi behaviour and lack of skill.

The problem of this phone I've already told you what it was, And I'm not going to talk about it anymore or how to resolve to have the money back. I am weary with the theories and doubt of what I write. What skill, is not lack of ability to solve the problem, but with facts that have no solution.

Guys, dead phone and UMI left us without any updates. After 1/2 Year of introduction left this phone without support. For your attention next time think twice before you buy this brand. I will never buy anymore. Lots of china's brands for better money/value.
