Connectivity Issues

Hey,
I am running Firmware v1.6

• Annoyingly both wifi as well as 3g data connections fail randomly.
  I have to close open service in order to get it worklíng again until it again stops for no apparent reason.
  
  
• Calls also disconnect randomly after 4 min talking or so...
  Sometimes its just that voice drops on either my or the other side. Means either I can hear my counterpart but he cannot hear me or vice versa...

Same problems here.  This makes the phone useless as far as I'm concerned. No good as a phonje and no good for internet...  Surely this needs fixing?! I'm on firmware v1.6

The pre-release of the v1.7 ROM contains improvements related to this issue. That's a beta release but if you're familiar with using SP flash Tool, you can make a try.

Try another simcard to rule out that it's not the sim card itself (if possible)

tested with two sim cards - same result.  problem is intermittant so might be dependant on which signal its on...so hard to work out when its going to occura dn work out what factors might be involved though...

The pre-release of the v1.7 ROM contains improvements related to this issue. That a beta release but if you're familiar with using SP flash Tool, you can make a try.

Do you know if anything will improve with inoperative or interrupting WiFi using Bluetooth speaker?

Running v1.8 now with same issues as with 1.6
