well now I am being ignored by UMI and the seller great. I want a working phone not have to wiat for the manufacturer who doesnt seem to care and the seller who is ignoring me

However, if you don't show a minimal willingness of cooperation, nobody can help you. I repeat, in this system that doesn't matter if the seller ignores your request. This system means I will be without a phone for over a month as the seller has until november the 16th to reply. I dont have a working phone. Can you not understand this is not a satisfactory solution?

But when you import a chinese phone you have to Know these "conditions". You cannot expect more and you will be refund without to battle against chinese support like much People.

The seller has just 5 business days to respond, then if they don't do it or you disagree with the solution offered by them, you can request to return ypur merchandise immediately. So, just 5 business day. That date you mentioned might be related to another deadline. However, all this case is about the transaction between you and eBay. That doesn't matter what you bought. So, if you have issues that you can't solve or can't find an acceptable method to solve, you should contact eBay's customer support.
