Hi All,
I was DeepAnger since last year but I was unable to reconnect today so I created an account just to say my UMI Plus lasted 6 months.
One day the touchscreen completeley stopped working. From what I found here I tried to reflash firmware but it failed while doing so then the phone was dead. No LED, no screen no button, no charge, no nothing.

I bought it on banggood last november and I have nothing good to say about them yet. They don't even a ticket system. So after some email exchange, I had to pay for the phone to be sent back to China. I don't truly expect to see it again even though it was in perfect physical condition (pristine even) appart from being dead.

So I ordered an Axon 7 as a replacement from amazon for my daugther because we don't accept to wait months for an uncertain outcome. I was so impressed with the new phone we received the next day that I ordered a second one for me. They pretend we have a 3 years warranty. We'll see...

From what I found this morning on this forum, it has gone from bad to worse most notably with mutiple screen problems due to buggy software "upgrades" and I don't want to have to deal with that anymore. Enough of flashing, reflashing, factory reset, etc.

But it was a good looking phone. I saw that you are producing new models at an incredible rate. Maybe that's why they don't last.

Farewell UMI.
