Hi all,

New to the UMI Z and forum but recently updated to Noudat 7.1.1 via OTA.

Now microphone gain appears to be too low people i'm calling are having trouble hearing me.

Only applies to calls via google dialer rather than Whatapps etc.

Have searched the engineering mode for an adjustment but nothing stands out for mic gain.

Any help would be appreciated or forwarded as a bug in the upgrade?

Many thanks in advance

Unfortunately, the same problem. Also reloaded NOUGAT from the zip file but problem continues.

I can't post into the forum for NOUGAT for advice so I suspect I'll end up returning the phone and buying something else.

Another problem after the update is when calling via the car Bluetooth the phone loses signal as soon as the number is dialed and flashes a 'simprocessor' error message...Works fine when calling without Bluetooth.

Hi Mancazzo,

I've copied the subject of this thread over to the 'Nougat ROM forum' hoping for some assistance.

Otherwise I'll have to look to downgrade but more likely return the phone for a refund.

Hopefully these guys will be able to help.
