Umi Plus E don´t connect to car bluetooth

Hello,

My Umi Plus E don´t connect to BMW320d bluetooh device. When pairing allways ends with an error, in my Umi Plus E don´t show any "Key-box" to insert the key code that te car bluetooh device create to proced with pairing.
Need help on the issue please.

You should pair with correct code. You do something wrong. Erase all settings in your BT car and delete BT profile in your phone and try again. I have no problem with BT Opel Insignia

Thanks for reply, in my Umi Plus E don´t appear any "Key-box" to insert the code of the car BT.

Firstly delete all Bluetooth device on phone etc and then reboot phone. Try again. If still not working perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

SOLVED!!!!!   The solution was really "Factory reset".
