Smart wake?

If i use smart wake(example the c for camera) the screen recogniced the c but i do not open the camera app?
Somebody now what i do wrong?

Gesture control is supported but only for stock apps. If you using third party camera app will not work correctly.
Please perform factory reset if you not using third party camera app.

Gesture control is working fine only smart wake is not working.
When the phone is in stand-by and i want to open the camera with the C, the screen recogniced the C (the C appears in the screen)but is do not open the app.

Are you using stock camera app? Did you perform factory reset?
