Can't install updates

hello guys,

My umi z hase find an update, but when I download them with success, I can't install them...
It said me: "installation failed" (in french, my smartphone is set to french language)
And it said me :"try to download them another time" (in french again)

Could you help me pls ><

Otherwise try this:
--> turn off system, wait 5 minutes --> turn on --> try again
--> reset the phone to factory settings and try it one more time
--> last an final step: use the flash tool from the ROM-section

i always have to Dl the update 2 times, dont know why that's just how it have always been with every update to the Z

First i Dl ( no error msg )
try to install ( get error msg )
Download again ( no error msg )
Try install again, and install work fine.

Also i can not DL any updated if wifi are turned on, i have to do so over my data plan, which is okay as i have a much larger data plan than i will ever need.

if you have an sd card fitted try removing it and then try to update.

And download updates directly to your phone and install manually as local update.
But please go to file manager - internal storage - download and cut update file and paste to internal storage.
Also please perform factory reset if this didn't help. If your phone is rooted any type of OTA update can not working.
