My battery expanded so much that it came to breaking the back cover. I can not even use the phone anymore. What kind of support is this that you offer that does not even have an extra battery to replace? And do not tell to contact the seller, I already sent 4 messages to him, and he did not answer any. I do not care if I have to buy, as long as I know where to buy. Make a viable option for everyone. They have already seen that the problem is real and that several and many UNHAPPY buyers make the BIG ERROR of having bought this crap. Offer solutions. It's the only thing we expect after buying this crap.

After many attempts, the seller decided to respond. But he wants me to send the device to him instead of sending a new battery.
There are some problems though if I send:
- I will pay something around USD 30.00 to send the product to the seller
- After receiving it, repair it, whatever it does, it will resend the product to me and unfortunately I will pay new fees to receive the product again, about USD 70.00.
"Is there any way he can send only the battery?" And if possible the rear hood, which broke due to the expansion of the battery?

To avoid again customs charges you need only prove that this is the same device. So ask seller for letter with explanation about warranty exchange of faulty product. Also you can register your device posting to seller which prove that you sent product back to him. Simply you can't pay multiple times for same product.
I don't think that seller will be able send battery to you. Definitely he can refund some money to your account to cover battery cost etc. But he want test phone for outer sources cause such issues.
