Hi to all,
i bought a UMI IRON, i use UMI ROOTJOY for install last 1.6 rom.

yesterday i'm using phone with broser and in a moment it freeze for 10 second and reboot...
when reboot it stop for 5 min un UMI screen... so i decide to use power button down for 5 sec to reboot and power up butto for go in recovery
phone reboot, open menu for recovey, fast boot and normal boot, i select revery and it freeze on UMI screen....
try another time... same result, try fastboot... same result... retry normal boot 2/3 times and now after 2 min on UMI screen go in black screen (but i see screen is on) and freeze....
ok.. i go to sleep leaving phone connect on usb charge....
Today i retray to switch on phone, but not screen on!!!! no lives!!!!
ok... i try attach usb to windows pc and ... ta-da!! windows make the sound usb is connected....
i see in "preloader usb vcom port" appear and disappear, but phone continue to have screen of....
mmmh ok... i download sp flash tools 5.1532 and rom stock of umi iron... i run spflash tool... i take power button down for 5 sec and press vol - ...
pc see "preloader usb vcom port" appear and disappear, sp flash tools take me a window with "S com port open fail (1013)"...
so, isn't possible to reinstall rom or other....

Please help me!!!!

yes,
i have sd card...
now i have done to "firmware update" with sp flash tools... i change pc and usb cable and done... but nothing resolve... black screeen....

1. Flash your phone with a somewhat charged battery inside. You won't be successful without the battery or with exhausted battery since no charging while flashing.
2. Don't press any button while connecting to USB for flashing.
3. Choose the 'Firmware Upgrade' and never the 'Format All + Download' option or (as jandrivirix said) you might lose the IMEI numbers.

The problem is that, you can't permanently restore the IMEI numbers without restoring the NVRAM partition. Those IMEI repair tools write the IMEI into the DATA partition only but that's being erased every time you make a factory data reset.

Telefonu pc ye bağla
sp flash tool aç MT6753_Android_scatter.txt dosyasını göster arkasından "preloader usb vcom port" burayı işaretleme !!! start butonuna bas arkana yaslan yaklaşık 10 dk içinde tertemiz bir umi iron v1.4 ( 5.1.1 ) yüklenmiş olur. keyfine bak.
