You need perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If not help you need use SPFT and flash your system.

Otherwise you need open phone and disconnect battery for few minutes.

Also you can go to factory mode and activate screen/lcd test, similar test is in testing mode (open dialer and type in *#*#33#*#* then single test - lcd.
I don't think that completely draining battery will help as battery in modern devices can't be fully discharged. Only opening phone and disconnecting battery will fully shut down system and hardware.
Umi super doesn't have such information about battery so this can be only caused by some app which have/had access to hardware. (maybe hardware is already damaged by app and now is showing constantly this informations)
Battery disconnecting and full flash only can show is this hardware or software issue.
