My UMi Max had been sent to your service to fix my black screen. Now that I got it back I found out that after I insert my SIM card, the phone is not picking up my operator network service. I have reset the phone settings to factory one, tried to restart the phone, put my SIM card in and out. No luck. I can only make emergency calls. No network is being picked up. Any suggestions?
Did you checked in both slots?
Please reboot phone after swapping Sim card.
Also please check Sim card in other phone.
Also please check IMEI numbers (settings - about phone - status - IMEI informations) if you have 1s or 2s you need use SN writer to restore your IMEI numbers. http://community.umidigi.com/thread-1375-1-1.html
If still is no good please open calling dialer and type in *#*#4636#*#* phone informations and check signal strength.
