I am trying to connect the Umidigi z pro with the usb and can't connect. The pc operates Windows10. Tried to connect with the usb to the pc at my office but cant find connection. What can i do? I want to transfer data and photos from my computer to phone. Help!
You have to the device manager, or what it's called in englisch. There you have to look up for new drivers, but not automatically. Search them manually. Now you can select the device as a mtk-usb-device. Now it will work in seconds
