Hello.
I've just bought my new Umi super and some days ago it started with a problem when I got calls and when I try to listen to wahtsapp audio... the screen turns black and I cannot see who is calling or even listen to the audio (app).
I've tryed to restart it to default system several times... turned off the sensibility sensor... but none of them worked out.
The android version is 6.0 today and the mobile is new... Could someone help me pls?

Please go to settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates.
Also please compare build number of you firmware (settings - about phone - build number)
I had the same problem,but when I went to system update, I updated my phone and now it's working perfectly fine. Thanks so much for the help.

I tryed to calibrate but give me an error. i have replaced the screen becausa de original was broken. I have the new rom from android 7 nougat. Any ideas??
