I've had my Umi Plus E for one month now, had no problems so far. But today the screen started responding less and less and now, it completely stopped working.
I have tried taking out my memory card and restarting it, I have charged it, but nothing works.
Does anyone have the solution to this or have the same problem?

This is a bit strange case as screen one thing and touch sensitivity other thing.
Maybe firstly please contact to seller for warranty.
If they offer for you partially refund then you can buy new screen and replace.
Of course you can try flash your phone with SPFT
