Ok
Now I understand that was one of the battery saving profile. You can go to settings - battery saving mode and you can activate whichever you want. This modes could activate it self depends battery level and setup.

Yes you can't adjust nothing in pre-set battery modes but you can change settings to be not activating when battery rich some level.
Settings - battery - top right three dots - battery saver - turn on automatically - never.
Settings - battery saving mode - battery saver - off

Yo dude, in the one mode that user can adjust, there are 3 options - on, off and"do not change". What does "do not change" mean regarding the setting?
WiFi is set to "never" when phone sleeps. However, in my case, the WiFi never turn off when phone sleeps.
Any advice?
Thanks in advance.

Hmmm dude.
As I said you can't change settings in pre-set battery profiles. So this is mean that if is battery profile not pre-set you can change some options.
About wi-fi you need do two things.
Go to settings -  wi-fi - switch on wi-fi - top right three dots - advanced - keep wi-fi on during sleep - never and network notification off.
Go to settings - in top right corner you have search option - type there Bluetooth and choose Bluetooth scanning - switch off wi-fi and Bluetooth scanning.

The WiFi and Bluetooth settings are exactly as you suggested. This is my standard setup on all phones. The problem is that the battery stats still show a continuous line for the WiFi until I turn it  off. On other phones, the WiFi will lock on when the  phone is woken up.
