my phone updated facebook after is started acting up powerd of the phone and back on and the phone wont l
accept my code to unlock tryed a factory reset did not work

Is it the PIN code that does not work?

If so, try removing your sim, turning on the phone, navigating a bit, turning off the phone, putting the sim back in, with a bit of luck ...

Which pin code? Sim card or phone unlocking code?
Also make sure that digitizer response for touch in correct place. (read as :if you touch one is typing one etc. )
If nothing works you need flash complete ROM
