Hello my fellow Umi users!

Today my Plus E's caller app crashed so i rebooted the phone, when the reboot was done the phone wasn't booting anymore (it just keept on showing the Umi logo), then i've tried to access the recovery menu (VolUp + Power) and the phone rebooted again. Until now i've keept on trying to flash the phone with these ROM's:

I've followed this tutorial:
http://community.umidigi.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=11&extra=page%3D1

After all these flashes, i had the same result: Boot Loops.

What more can i try to fix this phone? Kind regards!
P.S: I have 3 Umi devices and i cannot enter recovery menu on any of them.

Reset and hold immediately volume UP until logo appear. No need to hold any other buttons. You will see green android man with red triangle. Then press power button and tap once on volume UP. Easy. Almost people doing this way pressing everything together. This is wrong and stressful way.

Sorry for to be rude, but with the other hand you can feel the scratch in the ass as you do not need.

Hi @chance, and thank you for your reply.

Yes, it's an easy task but it's just not working, when i press the buttons it just shows umi logo for a ms and then reboots again.

Should i reflash the phone?

Kind regards!

Hi
Yes of course you can contact to reseller for warranty.
Also you can use SPFT and flash you system.
Here you have SPFT updating procedure
http://community.umidigi.com/thread-11-1-1.html
And here you have all available ROMs
http://community.umidigi.com/forum-128-1.html
If flashing procedure not help you can change firmware upgrade to format + download on SPFT.
Firstly you can flash only preloader (keep only preloader checked all rest need to be unchecked)
Then "download " rest of partitions
After that you need use SN writer to change IMEI number
