Cracked screen

I cracked the screen of my UMI Touch and now I cannot login anymore as that part of the screen is dead. I contacted the Aliexpress supplier AE Smartphone Center, but they will not help as they do not do repairs. I am not capable of taking the Touch apart and fit a new screen.
Where can I send my Touch for repair? I live in Spain.
