Compatibility with Hong Kong SmarTone SIM Card

Dear Umi,

I would like to kindly ask if you could help me in this matter:

I am planning to buy your new UMi Plus E smartphone (it is a very cool smartphone!)
and would like to know if it is compatible with my Hong Kong SmarTone (service provider) SIM-Card and if the band frequency of the phone is compatible.

SmarTone offers:
"We would like to inform you that our mobile service can be used on compatible handsets which supports 2G (900MHz &1800MHz), 3G (850MHz & 2100MHz) or 4G (900MHz,1800MHz & 2600MHz). You are advised to contact the respective manufacturer or reseller directly to ensure the device is compatible with the frequency bands we are using before the purchase."

Hope you can help me clarify if the UMi Plus E is compatible with these kinds of band frequencies, listed above.
