Caller picture NOT displayed

Hi friends. I just got my Umi Max. Perfect phone. I imported my contacts and set pictures. So, when I receive incomming calls, number is displayed, but foto of the caller - NO. Maybe I haven't done some settings. Please help! Thanks.

Please open new thread in umi max section.
Please copy all contacts to phone memory and then add picture to contact.

I thought, I'm in Umi Max section. If I'm wrong - sorry.
Now .... all contacts are in the phone memory. I exported them from my previout smartphone. There are pics in the phone book, but when I receive a call - no pic is displayed, only the number.

I just checked now and is showing pictures only when phone is unlocked but if phone is locked is showing default/stock app background.

asleep when the phone is locked why not display picture ??
small image displays when unlocked.
that would be no problem as you are called and displays the image when your phone is locked ??

Shortly - I have phonebook and pictures, attached to the contacts. When I'm opening/editing a contact, the pic is displyed normally (almost half of the screen). But when someone calls me - only the number is displayed, no pic.

The phone is (as seller declare) unlucked (by the way, how can I check whether it is locked or unlocked).

Shortly - I have  ...

The caller pictures are not working on locked screen.
Report about this issue is sent to engineers.
Every Umi / Umidigi phone is not locked to network/carrier .
To check this you need put any network sim card and you will see that you have access to network.
