I can not go back to Android 6.0

\n\nI did the OTA update to Android 7.0, but there are many problems.
I tried to flash the ROM with SPFT following all the steps of the guide provided by the forum but the pc does not recognize me the phone and I was unable to install the rom. (Win10)
Is there a way to install the Android 6.0 ROM straight from your phone?
Can someone help me because the phone is almost unusable. Thank you.

...and it does work with W10, even if it's a pain trying to get Windows to accept the drivers needed. Many guides to read and try, many hoops to jump through.I'm sure I spent half a day, Googling for qand reading different guides and tutorials, downloading and trying different drivers - In the end I have a W10 system with SPFT capability, but I really can't say for sure exactly what did the trick.
