Cant link fingerprint in PayPal app

I am still not able to link my fingerprint in the Paypal app. I just got the latest update installed.

Hi,
It's a known issue already reported to the engineers. hopefully it will be fixed in the next update.
With the latest update you should be able to link your fingerprint but it doesn't work at login.

My fingerprint is OK with PayPal.
You must clean cache and data for the paypal app and reinstall it.
Try.

Thanks for the reply, I tried what you suggested but still will not link my fingerprint. It only minimizes the app.
How did you "clean cache"?

Mine is working. Uninstall the app, reinstall will be working 100%.

you install the final ota? i don't have problem in paypal application with final upgrade. with old upgrade have same problem!

Yes I have the latest update, tried uninstalling reinstalling the app but it still just wants to minimize the app.

I've just done cache + data, reinstalled, the device still constantly just minimizes app instead of picking up on fingerprint, what gives
