UMI Diamond - Touch screen issues

I have the same issue with my UMi Diamond. I bought it from banggood.com. It came to me 2 days ago and since then the touch goes crazy for a while. Shortcuts come down and finally it takes me into the Settings of the phone. What the heck is going on?! I've updated to the latest firmware of Android 6.0, but the issue remains. Also, I have reset to factory settings 1 times before the updates and after. This is unacceptable for a brand new phone!

Im experiencing it too and hoping it wont get worse over time as im not going to send my phone back and wait 3 months

Hello! Me to have a problem with my UMI Diamond! My problem about the 1/3 is not start vibrating, sometimes the rest of 2/3 is black, not just vibrating! I love that phone, and i don't like this problem. Me either want to sending back, into the factory and wait for the miracles, because the mobile is important for my work and life! Without phone i cannot do anything, so if you know some "home made" fix that issue, tell me about it pls! My e-mail:geiszgabor1992@gmail.com or if you have other options, tell me! Im not rich guy. Firstly please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If this doesn't help please follow this instruction and flash whole ROM
