Audio is very low for Headphone Sound

Hello; a new UMI Z user
Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) UMI Z phone. (Am using Nova Prime)



Phone calls, Youtube, Spotify  etc  through the headphone is unusually low even on full volume.
Could this be hardware, Nova Prime App settings or settings I need to change in the MTK to increase volume ?
