Umi Z - No sounds coming from loudspeaker.

Hello,

I've had my Umi Z for almost 3 weeks and yesterday all sounds coming from loudspeaker stopped working. This means no ringtones when I get called, no notification sounds, no nothing.
If I plug in my headphones or connect to bluetooth speaker, the sounds play properly.

What can I do?

Happened to me once. Restart the phone and it should be fine!

Nope, still not working. I restarted it 3 times already, and performed a factory reset, but it still doesn't work...

205€ + 60€ in customs.
I will probably send it back if the next update doesn't fix it, because it has a guarantee.

i paid €189.50 + €23.06 (custom duty) . I'm not happy with the camera,finger print,fast charging and 4G speed in my network. Hopefully next OTA update will have a big change ........

I was not satisfied only with battery heating up and sometimes fingerprint scanner, everything else was working great for me.
But the speaker is one of the most important features. I can't hear if someone's calling me, or hear my alarms (yes, I've slept in for work today, because of it).
