Call tune throw bt

Hi,
I can not hear the call tune when I call throw a bt multimedea in my car
After the other part is answer - the sound is good
Any sugestion ?

When you making call through to Bluetooth device press volume button on your UMi phone to open hidden volume menu and simply increase volume.
