How to turn of charging on/off sound?

Hi, guys,

My Umi Super has a sound when I plug/unplug the charger cable. I tried to turn it off but without any seccess. May you help me wit hthis?

The latest version of Android 7. But this sound appeared after one of the updates of Android 6 and is still active. I tried to turn it of in settings but it is still on.

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

If you are running Android Nougat 7.0 go to Settings and click the search icon at the top.
Search for Charging Sounds.

No use of it. It still plays a sound independently from the settings.
