UMI Z alarm clock muted??

Hi there, I finally got my Z yesterday. Just made the OTA-Update and I like the phone. Very impressed of it
BUT I found an issue with the alarm clock.
It just doesnt make any sound. Anyone with a solution for this issue?

Did you try play any music on loudspeaker?

music and everything lke ringtones was fine. I solved the issue after failing to root the phone (it was stuck on the booting screen) with a clean reflash of the stockrom. alarm clock is working fine now.

Did you try play any music from loudspeaker?
Please try this and if is playing music perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Also you can check alarm volume setting. Open clock /alarm app click three dots on bottom right - settings - alarm volume. Or go to settings - sound & notification - in general profile touch "gear"  and open settings - alarm volume.
Maybe you have activated some incorrect sound & notification profile

Hi,

I am having a similar problem, except that ALL sounds from loudspeaker are muted. No ringtones, no notifications, no music, ...
Sounds play on my headphones and bluetooth speaker.
What can I do, or how do I check if my speaker is physically unable to play any sounds or it's just the software.

I have a similar problem with Z Pro.

Sometimes it happens that the alarm clock is silent and does not ring.
On one day the alarm clock works, the next day it does not work.
I have not changed the volume.
I do not know the cause.

I use V3.01_20170408 (Android 6.0) firmware for UMIDIGI Z Pro.

But I noticed that the music player is also silent when the alarm does not work.
After a restart, however, everything works again.

Alarm volume = maximum
Ringtone volume = maximum
