I bought the UMi Super form a eBay seller (Egrow). After a while i noticed a really bad smell. The charger supply explode or caught fire. I tried to contact the seller but the seller do not answer me I dont know what i can do. Could you help me??
If seller not responding and you payed with PayPal you can try contact to PayPal and maybe they will find some solution. Also you can try open despite on seller profile /page.
Probably you need buy another charger and wire

The chargers supplied by UMI are not of good quality. Buy another charger origin of another brand, preferably a power 2 amp. do not waste your time. I buy two smartphone UMI TOUCH and the two charger have been broken down the first day.
Just get a 2amp charger like an aukey quick charger. The quick charge doesnt work but it will still provide 2 amps and charge the phone just as quickly. Iv used it on mine since i bought it and not had any trouble.
My phone also does not work anymore They say that i have to show the order number on ebay, but its over 90 days since i bought it. I told them already but they dont understand it. Do you have an idea how I can show it to them?
