I am very happy of new phone but this spot was the first thing I noticed. I don't know what do with it. It vas hard to get the phone to my country so I am afraid of claim. There is some spot under the screen, I had to breathe on it to make it visible for camera. It's not visible untill I lock screen. Can anybody tell me what it is? Thanks.

Hi
If this is not to visible when you using phone and if touch is still sensitive on this spot you still can using phone.
I understand that this surface fault making you very frustrated.
I presume that this is glass coating failure.
You can try get glass protector and apply over screen and maybe this will "fix" (hide)  this problem.
Of course you can contact to seller for warranty.
But as you mentioned about hard to get device to your country you can ask for partially refund which should cover screen replacement cost if glass protector not "fix" (hide) this issue.

Hello,
same problem here. I have sent already message to the UMI official store, but they haven't given any answer yet.I am really disappointed of them.
My phone has some strange lines under the screen that become visible everytime i use my phone.
I guess is construction faillure as more people are facing on the same problem.

Edited by Rob1NNk0 at 2017-2-16 05:05 \n\nThis is an answer of banggood.com technical support

Good day for you.

Thanks for your letter.

We suggest that send back for repairing is a good choice.

Do you agree it? But please check here:

1 Year Warranty
We offer one year warranty for phones. Accessories such as batteries, cables and chargers have a one month warranty. If the phone is faulty within one year (counted from the date of delivery), customers can send them back for free repair. Artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, un official firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered.
If approved, we will cover the entire repair fee, handling fee and the defective component replacement charge for the phone (the motherboard and screen are not in the scope of this free repair policy).
(If accessories like batteries or charger cables are faulty within one month (counted from the date of arrival), we can arrange to resend or refund once you have confirmed the issue with us by sending photos or videos showing the issue. Artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, un official firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered. )

If you have any question, please let me know.

Waiting for you.

I dont know, how long will it take since send to arrive? And then repair it and send back to me...I think it takes more than a month

Hello,

now I have a new issiu with screen. On the left side of screen I see 2 yellow semicircles. It appeared suddenly without cause. As first appeared bigger stain. Few days ago appeared second, little yellow semicircle. The first one is getting bigger. Its growing. I think now I really must apply phone warranty.

I thinking that your battery could expand cause excessive pressure on back of screen cause such strange semicircles or you used phone during charging caused overheating LCD.
