Screen Replacement?! [HELP]

Hey guys,
So, yesterday i tried to change the screen from my UMI Touch.

Right now, the UMI Touch turns ON but the screen just lights up and nothing else. Doesn't show anything (not even the UMI Logo).
I already tried to disassembly and assembly but i get the same problem!

Do you guys know what the problem might be?

Maybe the screen you buy is defective. Check your connector, otherwise make a complaint from your supplier.

Firstly you should flash your phone with SPFT
