umi z microphone problem

I bought a umi z and I have problems with the microphone. When I make a video, a parasitic sound appears like the sound of a clock. Tac tac tac. Can you tell me where this problem comes from? I made the last update of January 16th.

Hi, I have the same problem with my umi z. Unless i select speakers the other person can't hear me talking.. The issue seems to be reappearing when i use skype whatsapp etc..

Sounds like the Camerafocus when its focusing... in my view

For a test purpose please set your phone to airplane mode and record a new video.

It sounds more like a clipping to me, not much like an autofocus or a typical gsm/lte interference. Also on early review videos someone mentioned that Umi Z doesn´t change focus automatically while recording video. I would try to record video with alternative camera app. Also does it makes this sound only while recording videos or is it present also when you try to record a voice only?

Hi, i can confirm the sound is also present when recording only audio, tried with many different apps. i've also tried with airplane on with same results it's really anoying when i can't i make calls with my phone..
