Hi.Please try check battery saving modes. Firstly you switch off all this modes and test phone.

Hi,
Please download and install the latest (V3.01_20170116) update via Settings --> About phone --> Wireless update

Hi thanks for you replies. When I received the phone the first thing I did was to turn on wifi so I could install the latest update v3.01_20170116 and I've not adjusted any other settings. Even battery save mode is still disable/off. After installation I turned on both wifi and bluetooth and after about 10 seconds they automatically turn OFF, and it'is still happening now. As the phone currently has the last update, could the phone be faulty or could there be another reason or setting. I must say with all the other phones I have the latest being the Touch i've never had this problem before.

Hi,
If you updated your phone with just FOTA (no ROM flashing), perform at least a factory data reset and try again.

yes, I did a factory reset after the firmware upgrade. The phone is now able for pairing, however Bluetooth is still disabling itself every 5-10 seconds and the worst part is, that you cannot use the phone afterwards. The loudspeaker/mic  thinks it should still send/receive its signal via Bluetooth, you can call but nobody can hear you, and you cant hear anything. You have to reboot, to use the phone again. To me it seems the Bluetooth function is also influenced by WIFI with/without tethering enabled. Its hard to anaylze when and how fast BT gets turned off. But there is no way to get it stable, and keep it enabled. To me the only way to use the phone is without BT which makes it useless, I'm in the car 3-4 hours per day.

Have you tried to connect other bluetooth devices to your phone? We cannot reproduce your issue with any kind of bluetooth devices.

Hi, I've had the same issues too. Have you found a resolution? Very frustrating!
