worst customer service ever

I emailed UMI already like 10 times
- First email i did was over a month ago and still no answer.
My screen cracked and i was asking them if i could buy a replacement screen or buy another 5 inch screen since it's the same shell,layout and everything comparing it to an UMI Rome and other models.
They seem to be the same phone just different specs but still no answer.
Worst customer service ever !!!

But you should keeping eye on aliexpress and maybe something will be available.
As product is cheap that why nearly is no worth buying only screen.
About umi Rome this will not worked out as umi diamond has 5" but umi Rome 5.5"

I don't know is umi London screen work with umi Diamond.
Looks very similar but supplier could be different and driver too.

Well i just need the glass anyway. I'll order one since it's cheap anyway so not much money wasted. So if it works i'll comment here for maybe other people that have a cracked umi diamond screen.

Does your touchscreen works or no? I has also problem with screen - we dropped the phone - but the touch works, under it LCD cracked.

Based on official umi videos on Facebook or YouTube it shouldnot be happened in my opinion.
Did you have any result with the change? Thx in advanced
Ps: I try to change the phone under warranty with the Chinese supplier but still no results

I had a factory defect bug with touch screen detecting input on its own and need to replace screen. I got one of these replacement parts but they do not work with Diamond! It has to be the exact same model of phone and it seems like they are nowhere to be found on sale.
