Brand new Umi Diamond screen problem

I've recently (like 2 days ago) bought new Umi Diamond. I turned it on and set it up about 4 PM, nothing really happened, I didn't dropped it or whatever. About 7 PM, I turned on my screen on Umi and i saw this black thing on the lower part of screen. The screen isn't constantly doing this random stuff, sometimes behave normally, sometimes that "black thing" is showing up. I know, that Umi updated software and that's all. Basically I installed YT and Chrome. Please i need fast advice, because im afraid that is mechanical defect.

This looks like be refreshing fault.
I would recommend factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If this not help please flash phone with SPFT to latest available firmware from here

\n\nFlashed this software "V7.0 20161208 firmware for UMI Diamond" and nothing changed. After flashing I went into recovery (as listed in tutorial) to clear cache and user data and I saw that thing even in recovery mode. Should I send that Umi back or just try another ROM until I will remove that crap or run out of ROMs? And I send another photo, to show that this doesn't depend on the android system position but rather it's physically sticked to some part of screen.
Edit: One more thing. I played some angry bird before flashing. I turned off the phone and when I turned it on to check if debugging is on, some textures from this game appeared on this bar at bottom.
