None USB storage when connected to PC

Hi,
I wanted to connect the phone to PC and transfer some files. Connection is fine, but connection as USB storage is not working... I can select it, phone connects to the computer, but no drive is shown or it shows without any space and it is not possible to open it.
I tried two computers and nothing.

Will there will be some update dealing with this issue?

Hi,
thank you for the response, but the link is for MTP connection. That one is working fine.
Connection as flash drive/external drive is not working.

Hi,
If you connect your phone as USB storage, you have to separately turn on the USB storage on your phone. Via this option you can access only the SD card but not the internal storage. To access the internal storage, you have to connect your phone as MTP device.

aaah... ok, so usable only when sd card is in, to get to it. And for internal storage only is usable MTP.
Thank you for clearing it for me. Last time I needed this connection, it was on a phone with older version of android...

OTG not working on my UMI Diamond. Have tried different OTG adapters, different USB-sticks, mouse and keyboard. All are working in other android devices good.
If i plug in USB with OTG nothing happens. It doesnt detect it or anything. Any ideas how to get it working? Thanks!
