Hello! Yesterday I've got the notification that the new update is available for my umi plus. After that I've downloaded the package and started the installation, the phone got stuck on the unzipping (it didn't froze down it's fully functioning). I restarted the phone and downloaded the update again and the same thing happened, the software update won't advance the unzipping.
What should I do?

You should provide information about your software build number and update number. (settings - about phone - build number)
I can advice you to do factory reset before updating. (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
